Vintage 1971 Grossé sculptural ring crafted in solid 18K yellow gold. Made in Germany, the ring features an unusual openwork composition of twisted rope-style gold elements arranged into interlocking sculptural loops, creating a dimensional statement design characteristic of Grossé's late-mid-century work.

The interior bears the period Grossé signature with the date divided around the maker's mark — “19 Grossé 71 Germany” — together with 750 / 18K gold fineness marks, dating the piece to 1971.

Henkel & Grossé was founded in Pforzheim, Germany in 1907 and became an internationally recognized jewelry manufacturer. In addition to its own Grossé collections, including the Grossé Gold line introduced in the 1960s, the firm maintained a decades-long manufacturing relationship with Christian Dior.

The ring has been professionally cleaned and polished and is in very good, fully wearable vintage condition. One of the two twisted-wire elements forming the side of the ring was previously broken and has been professionally soldered back into place by a jeweler. The repair is structurally sound and not conspicuous during normal wear, but the repaired area and slight solder evidence can be seen upon close inspection.
